Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your new abaya! However, if you need to exchange your item for a different size, please review our policy below:

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please what’s app our customer service team at +971 55 966 8425 with proof of purchase.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the abaya must meet the following conditions:
    1. Tags must be attached.
    2. The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    3. It should be free of any stains, perfumes, or other marks.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
  • Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are for size differences only, and the original abaya must be in perfect condition.
  • International Orders: We currently do not accept exchanges for international orders.
